From award-winning artist Atsuhisa Okura (illustrator of WIRED Magazine’s “How Manga Conquered America” article) and Manga University comes “Twelve,” an all-new manga fantasy tale of star-crossed warriors and fallen angels waging an epic war across a multidimensional universe.
“Twelve” opens as the legendary Aquarius becomes the first in a line of heroic defenders who attempt to vanquish a demonic foe whose untold powers threaten the survival of a once-placid civilization.
Featuring the bold G-pen strokes and deft screen toning that are hallmarks of Okura’s work, “Twelve” has set a lofty new standard for manga storytelling.
And it’s available right now as an ebook that you can read on your Kindle, Nook, or computer desktop.

On this, the first anniversary of the 2011 Japan earthquake, tsunami and nuclear accident, we present a selection of illustrations that Manga University artists created in the frantic hours and days following the catastrophe. This is our small tribute to the victims, the survivors, and the spirit of our great nation.
We also wish to express are deep gratitude to our friends throughout the world who continued to show us their support during this challenging period.

The Manga University Tokyo Campus T-shirts are back in stock — and better than ever! We’ve produced a limited-edition version of our classic shirt with a special “Gambaro!” (Stay Strong) logo on the left sleeve.
And if you buy one now, you’ll be contributing to MU’s efforts to raise funds for Japan disaster relief, as we are continuing to donate 10 percent of all sales in our Campus Store to the Japanese Red Cross.
Just like the ones worn by our staff and students, this heavy-duty, pre-shrunk 100% cotton T-shirt is designed to impress.
The front of the shirt features the slogan “Property of Manga University,” with the word “Tokyo” written in exotic Japanese kanji characters.
We use Port and Company brand T-shirts for the ultimate choice for quality and value. Constructed from 6.1-ounce heavyweight 100% cotton, it has a coverseamed neck and is double needle hemmed for extra durability. This shirt will wear well and retain its original color and printing after multiple washings.
Show your support for Manga University — and Japan — by wearing one of our shirts! Available now in the Manga University Campus Store.
